2. Description of Service
AnimeDekho is a free, static anime discovery platform that provides information about anime titles, including ratings, seasons, studios, and cross-references to major anime platforms. All data is sourced from the open anime-offline-database.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Anime data is sourced from the anime-offline-database, which is licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0 + Database Contents License (DbCL) v1.0.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The information provided is accurate, complete, or up-to-date
- Any defects or errors will be corrected

In no event shall AnimeDekho, its operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Service.
